Shallower water and softer bottom than Martins Bay. The odd snag here so any of the Dropper Rigs are recommended.

Boats are prevalent in summer.

This area should be avoided unless it is blowing too strong for the boats to get out.

Stay well away from the harbour mouth as the ferries run regardless of the weather.

Watch for mooring buoys and set net floats which can cause snagging.
